The company was established in March 1993 as a joint-stock venture and is registered as a big foreign investor.

The main activity is import and distribution of chocolates, biscuits, confectionary, seasonal items and snacks from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Italy, Portugal, France and Hungary.

The portfolio contains the following brands:

  • Ritter Sport—Germany;
  • Mentos, Perfetti Van Melle—The Netherlands;
  • Wawel—Poland;
  • Bonbonetti—Hungary;
  • Kanjers, Gauda's Gilde—The Netherlands;
  • Marshmallows, Van Damme—Belgium;
  • Lonka—The Netherlands;
  • Poco Loco—Belgium;
  • Torrie coffee—Portugal.

Diet and diabetic's products:

  • Wawel sugar free, Poland;
  • Marshmallows sugar free, Van Damme, Belgium.

Seasonal items – Christmas, Easter, etc.

  • Fizzy—toys with chocolates, pralines—France;

The company has its own distribution network.
